Congratulations - your meditation journey has progressed beyond the ZenVR valley where you began.
In this update, we take you to a serene mountaintop during a tranquil sunset. Lesson 7 introduces the mindfulness of breath technique followed by a talk on understanding the nature of dualistic thought and the relative interdependence of our everyday world views.
Before the end of 2022, we're excited to share that we will be releasing Lesson 8 as well! These are the final modules of the first lesson series and will take users to our first new meditation environment. Going into 2023, we will be launching our first Guest Teacher Lesson Pack, an exciting new moving meditation mode, as well more new meditation environments.
